How do the complimentary resort stays work?

Each shareholder is entitled to 3 Nights / 4 Days of complimentary resort stays per quarter (4 times a year) for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years during the initial 3-year tenure. Standard resort maintenance charges apply.

Exit & Legal

What are the exit options after the 3-year lock-in period ends?

You can choose to HOLD and continue earning recurring income and profit distributions, TRANSFER your shares to another investor with company facilitation, or execute a BUYBACK with Kibbutz Global at prevailing market value.
